My employer issued me a temporary employment visa and it will end this coming October 4,2014. Until now I don’t have any required documents like emirates i.d, health card and labour card, I also dndnt sign a contract yet. I decide to resign and go back to my country and I ask my employer to cancel my visa and he is asking me to pay 5000 for all the expenses. He said I can go back to the Philippines without cancelation so I try but the immigration didn’t allow me to leave without the cancellation and my employer don’t want to cooperate he said I need to pay first before he cancel it but why I need to pay if my visa is not yet stamped in my passport and I don’t have labour card yet. Also I have a valid reason to resign. I am sick and my company are not issuing a health card and also there are some reasons why I don’t want to work woth my employer. Now all I want is to go back to my country. Please help me.
